Important Ordering Information

All pricing is in U.S. dollars.

Orders placed after noon (Central Time) will be processed on the next business day. Allow up to 7 business days for arrival. 

Orders placed on the Jesus XP Website may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), ShopPay, GPay, or PayPal.

Shipping & Handling: US

Note: Shipping is calculated on subtotal before discount.

Standard Shipping (7 business days)

Available in the US for all 50 states. Standard shipping will take up to 7 to 10 business days to arrive. (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.) Standard shipping is available to business and residential addresses, as well as PO Boxes (please do not enter BOTH a street address and a PO Box in the shipping address area).

3-Day Shipping

Available in the US for the 48 contiguous states. Delivery will take up to 3 business days to arrive (for orders received by Noon Central Time). (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.) 3-Day Delivery is available to business and residential addresses, but not PO Boxes.

2nd Day Shipping

Available in the US for the 48 contiguous states. Delivery will take up to 2 business days to arrive (for orders received by Noon Central Time). (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.) 2nd Day Delivery is available to business and residential addresses, but not PO Boxes.

Next Day Delivery

Available in the US for the 48 contiguous states. Delivery will take up to 1 business day to arrive (for orders received by Noon Central Time). (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.) Next Day Delivery is available to business and residential addresses, as well as PO Boxes (please do not enter BOTH a street address and a PO Box in the shipping address area). If the address is not available as a next-day address through FedEx, Jesus XP will use the next best shipping method.

Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands vary based on carrier charges. Calculation for Standard Shipping charge is available at checkout. Customers requiring expedited delivery will be contacted with a shipping quote after submitting their online order.

Why do you charge what you do for shipping?

All retailers must somehow pay for shipping and handling. Some choose to build shipping and handling into the price you pay for the product. Others charge a fee at checkout for shipping and handling.

Jesus XP doesn't build shipping and handling into the product price. Shipping includes the cost of sending your package via shipping carrier. Handling is the cost we incur to have a great team of folks pick, pack and prepare your order with care before we hand it off to the shipping carrier for delivery to you.

Jesus XP works extremely hard to bring you a great overall value so you can be a good steward of the resources God has put in your care.

A box is overkill and wasteful, why didn't you send my order in an envelope?

It may seem strange that we use a box when an envelope will do, but there are some reasons why we feel a box is better. You trust us to get you the product you ordered in great condition, at a great value. Shipping your order in a box helps us ensure your order arrives in excellent shape, because boxes provide more protection than an envelope. In addition to being a superior packing option, we purchase boxes in such volume that boxes are actually less expensive for us to use.

Out of Stock Items (Backordered Items)

We prefer to ship your order complete; however, if you need the in-stock items prior to the out-of-stock item availability date, please call 1-800-999-1874 with your order number and one of our Customer Advocates will be happy to help. If you do not need any items on your order before the availability date, then your order will ship once that item is in.
